of wine appreciation, food and wine pairing as well as becoming
a more knowledgeable and confident consumer.

When paired well, both wine
and food elevate each other to a higher level. Whatever the occasion,
business or social, I will make wine an integral part of your
event. I will select wines to match with the foods that are being
served and provide detailed reasons why and how I made the wine
selections I made to provide a greater understanding of the pairing
of wine and food.

Etiquette

unsure environment, business or personal, where you are expected
to make wine recommendations and host dinners at white tablecloth

and techniques to shine. Consultation in business etiquette dining
is done in a restaurant setting and learning happens in real life
situation. Our personal and executive coaching make corporate
entertaining and dining more enjoyable.

I have been fortunate enough to be asked to participate in several
of these events this year as an enjoyable and educational highlight

Recent event - In a recent event, my seminar was followed
by an interactive group exercise that focused on how to read
and interpret wine labels from different countries. Each group
took a different country and had to accurately identify all
aspects of four wine labels from that country. The seminar that
I provided before the exercise provided the group with the information
they needed. It made for a spirited and educational experience.
