We proudly offer two dynamic wine courses. Join TopShelf for its
5th year of offering premium wine education in New Jersey as we
now offer two wine tasting classes featuring a different perspective
and focus. These wine appreciation classes include reading wine
labels, wine types, varietal characteristics and wine information
news.
1. In-Home Wine Education and Tastings
TopShelf is proud to offer you the most dynamic and enjoyable
wine education in the comfort of your own home! Assemble up to
12 people and I will design a wine education or tasting experience
tailored to your interest in wine.

2. Introduction
to the Study of Wine at Fairleigh Dickinson |more

"Introduction to the World of Wine" (through Fairleigh
Dickinson University) is a15-week university level wine course
providing a practical, in-depth study of wine. This course includes
how wine is made, a profile of the major grape varietals, where
wine comes from, how to serve and store wine, its relationship
to food and its profit potential. Through tastings in class, students
will develop an appreciation of the different styles of wine and
the regions that they are from. We can discuss growing interest
in French wine classes, Spanish wine classes, and classic wines
of California.
